Fees and Services
Our fee schedule reflects a combination of usual and customary fees, local fee surveys, and reimbursement from insurance companies. It also factors in time spent, complexity of the procedure, supplies used, and lab fees. Fees are evaluated at least once a year. We do our best to give you an estimate of your treatment ahead of time.
Billing
Ultimately, payment for services is your responsibility. we utilize carecredit for qualified applicants. Further information is available on their website: www.carecredit.com
We also offer in house financing at 18% interest per year upon approved credit.
We will send you monthly statements until your balance is paid in full. If you have any questions about your statement or the balance owed please call (360) 254-5254. Many times a simple telephone call will clear up any questions or concerns.
You can pay your balance online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit.
